Lakeisha Robichaux

President

Chief of Minds

 

Lakeisha is the CEO and Founder of Chief of Minds, LLC, Chief of Minds Staffing, and Chief of Minds Insurance. She has extensive experience in executive leadership roles at several Fortune 500 and 100 companies and has also worked in public service as the former Executive Director and Human Resources Director for the Recovery School District in Baton Rouge, La.

 

Robichaux is skilled in establishing entrepreneurship and business models, structuring HR strategies, implementing training and development programs, and achieving organizational goals.

 

She is an inaugural graduate of The American Academy of Entrepreneurs, a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program, and has earned a Master's in Business Administration. She also holds a variety of diverse certifications and degrees and is a Business Facilitator and Business Advisor for the Urban League of Louisiana.

Dr. Adraine Conrad is a renowned International Motivational Speaker, Global Business Consultant, Health and wellness Master Trainer/Consultant, Author, Actress, and the owner/founder of Embracing Community Care, Adraine Conrad TV/Films & Productions. She is currently the Clerk for the Louisiana State Senate Committee for Women & Children.

She holds the position of Secretary/Board Member of the Scotlandville Community Development Corporation. She is also the Foundation Developer for the Louisiana Black History Hall of Fame Museum and Cultural Center at the Lincoln Theater and serves as a Commissioner for the Clerk of Courts.

Dr. Conrad holds a Doctorate in Theological Studies & Philosophy and an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism. She has also earned certifications in Health and wellness, Master Trainer in Fitness, Global Business Leadership, and Sustainable Housing and Neighborhood Development.

Owner of Peach Cobbler Factory, LLC, Second Chance Home Monitoring, Co-Owner Red Reed Vodka, and Ivy League Learning Academy.

 

Iris has over 30 years of administrative experience with EBRPSS and is currently serving as a Hearings Officer for the Mid-City Region of EBRPSS in the Office of Child Welfare and Attendance, as well as an Adjunct Instructor for Baton Rouge Community College Mathematics Department.

Nettles has a background in business administration, computer science, mathematics, and educational leadership. As the owner of several businesses, such as the owner of Peach Cobbler Factory, LLC, Second Chance Home Monitoring, Co-Owner Red Reed Vodka, and Ivy League Learning Academy, she has a working knowledge of entrepreneurship.

Nettles is an active member of various organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Incorporated, and The National Coalition of 100 Black Women of Baton Rouge.

In 2009, at nineteen and while still attending college, Elliot defied expectations and silenced skeptics by securing a position on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Throughout his tenure on the Commission, he dedicated himself to a 'listen-first, act-second' approach, ensuring his actions reflected the desires of his constituents.  Elliot Dogan is also a pillar in the faith community. A second-generation minister, he serves in ministries across Iberville parish and East Baton Rouge. Since 2006, Elliot has led The Tech Boy Group, which began as a computer service enterprise and expanded into videography by 2008. Now, The Tech Boy Group is a digital media production firm specializing in services for churches and non-profit organizations. With extensive experience and training, Elliot has mastered the operation of sound, video, and presentation systems for congregations of varying sizes. The Tech Boy Group boasts a competent team ready to handle requests ranging from live-streaming events to creating in-house content delivery systems for live and on-demand content. They also offer experienced webmasters to design and manage websites.

Her influence extends as she collaborates with Senior Leadership and the Executive Team to chart strategic courses for enterprise goals.

Kenyatta Sparks is the Program Manager for SJB Group’s DBE Supportive Services Division. His firm is currently under contract with LADOTD Compliance Programs to assist them with facilitating their DBE Program. Kenyatta is responsible for providing “NO COST” technical assistance to firms that are DBE Certified in the Louisiana Unified Certification Program.
